Distribution
We will help you build a system to meet your needs. We can work with your property, whether it's large or small. We have two distribution options, depending on the number of units to be wired.
We can install a dish on the roof, and build a central system of receivers, called a Headend. In this scenario, you pick how many channels you would like to offer, we would then set a receiver to the corresponding channel, modulate them together and feed it directly to the TVs. There is no need for a receiver in the units, as they are in a central location.
In a Headend system, each unit gets the same programming from the central source. Your receiver hardware is secure, and there is no learning curve for your guests - they change channels directly on the TV, making the satellite integration invisible. You, as the owner receive one consolidated bill statement. It's like having your own personalized television company, on site.
On the other hand, we can take the usual route and provide each unit with a receiver, Direct-To-Unit (DTU). Depending on the size of your property, and your programming preferences, we will help you determine which distribution method is right for you.
For some smaller establishments, DTU is preferred, as often there are fewer receivers required. Tenants change the channel on the receivers in their units.
