Just follow these three easy steps, and we'll take care of the rest:

  1. Call 1.866.932.MOVE at least three weeks before your moving day with your new address.
  2. Leave your satellite dish on the roof, pack up your receiver(s) and remotes and go. Our local teams will install a new dish and hook up your receivers for you at your new place.
  3. Kick up your feet and enjoy Shaw Direct in your new home from day one.

Remember, if you're moving into an apartment, condo or rental property, we'll need written permission from the landlord before we can install your new dish.

Free move for Shaw Direct customers*

All Shaw Direct Customers have the Simple SatelliteTM Warranty, which entitles them to one free move per year after 12 consecutive months of service. Any additional moves in a year are only $25.00.
