The on-screen guide displays "NO DATA"
Problem
When you view the Interactive Programming guide, many or all entries list as "NO DATA".
Solutions
- Press and hold the front power button of your Shaw Direct receiver for 30 seconds and release. This will reset your unit. Wait a few minutes for your receiver to reboot and your guide will begin to reload. Wait approximately 3 minutes before pressing the GUIDE button and your data should return.
- Unplug your receiver from power for 2 minutes. Plug your receiver back in and wait approximately 5 minutes. Your guide data should reload.
- If your receiver was left unplugged for an extended period of time or recently moved to a new location, it can cause your receiver to lose its authorization. Restoring your guide is simple, please give us a call at 1.888.554.7827 and we'll send a signal refresh to your receiver.
