Interactive Programming Guide (IPG)

The guide lists "No game scheduled" on some channels

Problem

When browsing the on-screen guide, some channels list only "No game scheduled". Tuning to these channels results in just a black screen with no picture.

Possible Causes and Solutions

  • You have tuned to a channel which is a part of a service that only is not currently on the air (such as NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL® Centre Ice™, or Rogers SportsNets HD regional). This is normal, tune back to this channel on game day to view the regularly scheduled program. You must subscribe to the respective service to view these channels.
