Problem

Your remote seems unresponsive and the lights on your remote are illuminated (and remain lit).

Possible Causes and Solutions

• One of the buttons on your remote control is likely jammed. Remove the batteries from your remote control and run your fingered across each of the buttons, ensuring they all pop in and out. Once you have loosened the buttons on the remote, replace the batteries in the back of the unit. The lights should be off. If the problem still persists, try running a paperclip around each button to loosen any residue they may have entered the remote control.
