Television ("Shaw Direct Services") provided by Shaw Direct are an integral part of the Shaw Direct Easy Own program. In order to be eligible for participation under the Shaw Direct Easy Own program, you must be an active client of Shaw Direct for a period of no less than one year and your primary service account must be in good standing in that you have not been subject to a disconnect due to non-pay or to more than one downgrade due to non-pay within the past year. Your primary service account must be current at the time of order. In order to be continually eligible you agree to maintain Shaw Direct Services for the duration of the purchase period. Should you transfer ownership of this equipment at any point during your term, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance, which may be paid in full at any time. Should your Shaw Direct Services be terminated prior to the expiry of the purchase period; you agree that any amounts remaining to be owed on the equipment, as well as any amount owed as a result of your termination of Shaw Direct Service, shall become immediately due and payable. Timing of Payment: In order to standardize our billing procedures, your first payment for each unit has been deferred for a period of one month. At the beginning of the second month, you will be charged for the amounts owed under the first month, together with your regularly scheduled payment for the second month.
