1. When is my bill due?

You will find the due date in the top left corner of Page 1 of your bill.

2. What dates is this bill for?

The start and end date of your current bill can be found in the 'Summary of Your Account' box in the section called 'Current Charges', located on the top right corner of Page 1.

3. How much do I owe?

You will find the amount you owe at the bottom of the 'Summary of Your Account' box, in the section called Amount Due' located on Page 1.

You will find a list of all of your services in the section called 'Details of Your Current Charges' located on Page 2.

The promotional price is a special offer or introductory rate for a new service that you have signed up for.

6. How do I pay my invoice?

There are several ways to pay your bill. You can pay your bill online through our secure Online Customer Care, or you can set up a pre-authorized monthly payment plan with your bank account or with a major credit card.
