What do you need to know when you call to sign up?

To make sure your call goes as smoothly as possible, our award-winning customer service representatives will ask you:

Is the satellite dish on your house round or elliptical?
Is the cabling running from your satellite dish still in place? And, if so, is the cabling running to the rooms in your house where you would like satellite television service?
Do you currently have any second hand Shaw Direct satellite receivers you would like to use?
How many televisions would you like set up with satellite service?
Do you have two lines installed in the room you would like to use an HD PVR?

Customer must pay upfront for any Shaw Direct satellite system. The Promotional Credits includes taxes and will be applied upon activation of any programming package except Digital Lite and Le Classique. The promotional credit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Installation fee, receiver non-return fee and other conditions apply. The Pay Per View (PPV) credit will appear on customer's account in the form of eight (8) PPV movie credits (to a maximum cost of $6.99 each). PPV credit is only redeemable for regular PPV movies, excluding events and adult movies, has no cash value and does not include ordering fees. Credits are not transferable. Any unused PPV credits expire 90 days after date of activation. The $50 PPV credit excludes applicable taxes and will appear on the customer's account in the form of a credit and will be applied upon activation.
