Light Heavyweight Legends Meet in UFC 106

Mixed martial arts fans won't want to miss the clash of two former light heavyweight champions when Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin square off in UFC 106, on Pay Per View on November 21, 2009.

Ortiz, "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy", makes his highly-anticipated return to the Octagon to face Forrest Griffin in their long-awaited rematch. Each fighter has their share of legendary performances; Griffin winning the light heavyweight championship against Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson at UFC 86; Ortiz defeating UFC legend Ken Shamrock by TKO at UFC 40.

Tito Ortiz is known for two things- excellent wrestling and ground and pound. He takes his opponents down and simply pounds them into oblivion. Griffin started out as a brawler and has evolved into a stand up fighter who can trade bombs with anyone. The battle of styles will be great to watch and the winner will be in line for another light heavyweight title fight.
