Receiving your bill during the Canada Post labour disruption
As you may know, a Canada Post labour disruption could happen as early as October 22, 2018. This means that delivery of your paper bill could be delayed or interrupted.
To ensure that you’re able to receive your bill in a timely manner, we encourage you to sign up for Shaw Business eBill to receive an email each month when your statement is ready. You can sign up for My Account to view and pay your bill and manage your services any time at myaccount.shaw.ca
Sign up for eBill in three easy steps:
1. Sign in to My Shaw Account, select My Bills.
2. In the ‘eBill’ section, select Set up.
3. Enter your email address in field provided.
