What do I need to know about these changes?

Shaw Direct is now operating with one, national lineup.

  • All channels are now on a new channel number.
  • The channels were organized based on their themes (e.g. all Sports channels are in the 300 range).
  • We migrated customers in phases.
      • These changes do not affect your smart recordings or reminders. However, manual tiers and reminders needs to be reset to the new channel number.
      • Your Guide is still colour-coded.
