How to Purchase Equipment or Accessories

You can easily purchase any receivers or accessories (remote, multiswitch, etc.) online! Just process an online order here and follow the steps below.

For receiver or accessory orders, shipping fee applies. $9.99 for accessories and $13.99 for receivers.

Before you get started

Do not complete an online order if:

  • You have six (6) active receivers on your account. We cannot activate more than six receivers.
  • You would require installation. Please contact us instead.
  • You need a multiswitch. It may be required if you need more than 4 lines running from your dish; please contact us instead.
  • You have an overdue balance; please ensure you are fully paid before submitting an order.
  • You want to return hardware; click here for more details.

How to order equipment or accessories online

  1. Go to
  2. If you want to modify your programming package:
    1. Click TV Plan or Add more channels.
    2. Select the package or channels you want to add.
  3. Otherwise, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Add channels, features or equipment found under Add streaming.
  5. Click Add more equipment.
  6. Click on a specific category to find what you want to purchase.
  7. Upon finding it, click Add to add it in your cart.
    • Repeat steps 5 and 6 if you want to add more.
  8. Click Proceed to Checkout
  9. You should be in the Contact Information tab.
  10. Fill out the form with your details.
    • If your mailing address is different than your service address, uncheck the Delivery Address box and manually enter it.
    • You can also leave us a note about your order in the Additional information section.
  11. Once you are done, click Proceed to Checkout.
  12. Review your order and contact information.
  13. Click Submit Order.
  14. Your order will be processed in 48-72 hours.

Additional information

  • We will send you a confirmation email, including a reference number.
  • Once we processed your order, we will send another email.
  • We ship orders via Canada post. Shipping time frame is 5-10 business days. If you have not received it after 10 business days, please contact us.
