Use the information below to find a list of channels that are being (or have been) removed or rebranded and note what action is required if you are subscribed to one of these channels in your subscription.

The following channels have been removed or are scheduled to be removed in the near future. They will no longer be a part of the Shaw Direct channel lineup.

How the channel rebranding will affect my bill?
With channel rebranding there will be no changes to package pricing.
Why the channels are rebranded?
The channels are rebranded if the network itself has decided to rebrand and not a decision made by Shaw Direct.
How the channel removal will affect my bill?
There will be no changes to package pricing. If you pay a separate monthly service fee, you will no longer be charged as of the channel removal date. Customers with the channel as a Pick and Pay add on will be credited. Customers with Pick Pack need to contact us to add the replacement channel.
Are you going to replace this channel with something else?
- If you have subscribed to the channel as a part of a Base Package or a theme pack: At this time, there are no plans to replace this channel. If this channel is part of a Base Package or theme pack, it will be removed. The price of your Base Package or theme pack will not change.
- If you have subscribed to the channel as one of Pick Packs: If you subscribe to this channel as a Pick Pack, we would be happy to swap it with another channel from the pool of channels available. If you are interested in swapping this channel with another one, please contact us via phone or chat to swap the channel.
Where do I go to watch the channel that is rebranded?
- If you have subscribed to the channel as a part of a Base Package or a theme pack: You will automatically get the channel on the same location that is rebranded.
- If you are not subscribed to the channel: You can always add it to your package as a Pick and Pay.
